Delivery :

Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

We will endeavour to cater for urgent orders, please contact us with your requirements.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded First Class Delivery, at our standard Postage and Packaging rate of £2.95           

All items will require a signature on delivery.

Please note we only deliver within the UK.

Damaged Items :

In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged during transit we MUST be notified within 48 hours of the item being delivered.

Returns :

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. You may return your voucher(s) for a refund (minus any delivery charges
& a £3.50 administration fee) within 7 days of receipt of the voucher being delivered.
After the 7 day period of receipt, of a voucher, it is non-refundable.

All voucher(s) must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please include a brief cover letter stating you
would like a refund and any reason why. You will be responsible for any delivery costs incurred in returning the item(s).

We must advise you to return your voucher(s) by recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Please note that items take 7-14 days to process.  

Other Information :
Vouchers are valid for exchange against our Options range of products & Portrait packages. Not main wedding photographic
packages. Excludes Options pre booked with main Packages. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers must be used within 12 months from the date of issue or an additional 15% charge will be payable.
Portrait packages include the photo shoot only, prints and other products may be purchased separately.
Portrait packages include upto a 10 mile journey from our base. Extra mileage will be paid for at our currant rate.
